We are confident of the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from TDC, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

No returns or exchanges on leggings, underwear, facemasks, shorts with liners, or socks.

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days depending on availability and credit verification. 

Please be aware that requests for changing orders will not be met. You will either have to cancel your order and place the correct one or return for exchange.

TheDinaCoClothing.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.  *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS*  Whilst we aim to ship orders as quick as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods. If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.  

Delivery options for UK residents: 

• Standard Delivery: Free shipping - Orders are shipped and will arrive within three to five working days once dispatched.

• Next Day Delivery: 24hr shipping - Order by 2pm GMT to receive your purchase next business day* (*24hr is not a guaranteed service and may take 48hrs to arrive)

• Special Delivery: Guranteed next day by 1pm - Order by 2pm GMT to receive your purchase next business day* (does not include Sundays)

Please note, orders made after 2pm GMT on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.
